Max Carbone built his consulting practice around golf - a hobby he has had for many years.

Max would sponsor a hole at a charity golf tournament, and go to the tournament where CEOs and VPs are likely to be. He'd play a game and bet them to raise money for charity, and he'd give them a copy of his book.

A few weeks later, he'd get calls from those that he played golf with, resulting in more referral partners.

🦀 Crabs in the Bucket - Capital Gains Tax Turning Friend to Foe! 🪣

The narrative they're trying to spin, and the finance minister has come out publicly and said these things, about living in a country where children and families are struggling because of the wealthy 1%.

The capital gains tax won't actually affect the 1%, it will affect everyone. Mostly entrepreneurs or families trying to get ahead.

It also hurts our economy by deterring investment in Canada with a lack of profit margins.

We should be helping each other up, not pulling each other down with these stupid arguments about Capital Gains tax.

Residential realtors have to do a lot of extra work that puts a lot of extra stress and pressure on them. They have to do all aspects of the business, not just the sales side of things.

In the first two years, 80% of the people who are licensed aren't in the business anymore, and 90% aren't in the business anymore within three years.

There is supposed to be over 1000 units developed along a corridor of Lakeshore Drive in Kelowna by 2040, and we've already surpassed that by 235%.
