1: Taylor Atkinson - Running a Successful Mortgage Team and Scaling to Over 70 Doors

Episode 1: Today we get to know our very own host Taylor Atkinson. He is now scaling a successful mortgage business, but we get to learn the back ground on how he arrived here. A local to Kelowna, Taylor left to pursue an overseas life. He spent 15 years working and traveling over 70 countries.

During this time he built a real estate portfolio of 73 rental doors. He has done everything from AirBnB, Infill development projects, additions, renovations, new builds, syndications, joint ventures, syndications, vendor takes backs, multi-fam, commercial etc… His obvious experience allows him to provide value to any type of client he now works with. Most importantly this passive income has allowed him to focus his lovely wife and new son + their rescue dog from China. All in all Taylor is a Kelowna local and loves this community. He is excited to share an hour every week with you as this podcast grows.
