New father to thier son, our junior executive Jett Westie who is 5 months old. They currently own 7 homes, 6 of which are in Kelowna with a total of 11 rental units and another duplex in the subdivision and development process currently.

Experience includes: Legal secondary suite conversions Infill development. Renovations. New construction Projects Joint venture arrangements Out of province investing. They are working with an experienced coach and looking to continue expanding our portfolio and grow as investors in the future. He shows you a couple different approaches to scale your portfolio and gain passive income.
